When it was time to update her two books, The Parent’s Pocket Checklist: An Essential Guide to Pregnancy and The Parent’s Pocket Checklist: An Essential Guide to Baby, she decided that downloading a $60 WordPress Theme was a pretty efficient way to share her research (and collective advice from a lot of thoughtful parents) while learning more with a DIY website.
While Kim is still passionate about these two groups and her books, she has also matured and wants to explore more. With UPKiQ, Kim wants to be a force for good and a positive voice online, encouraging readers and lifting them up with knowledge and human interest stories that matter. Kim wants to use technology to connect people and good ideas, and her hope is that UPKiQ will be a place where scrolling is time well spent.
